After reviewing your needs, we will agree upon a Guarantee Date. If we don’t deliver On Time, it’s Free!

What if I have never done bookkeeping before?

That’s okay! We can help you setup a Quickbooks Online account and complete your bookkeeping for any and all time periods you would like.

How do I learn more about Additional Services like Taxes, Payroll and Business Consulting Services?

Will you ever contact my clients?

No, we will never contact your clients. We provide you with the completed bookkeeping, and let you present to your client.

I already do taxes, will you compete with me?

Never! While we offer tax & payroll services, we do not contact or solicit your clients.

What bookkeeping software do you use?

For efficiency & security, at this time, we exclusively use Quickbooks Online.

How do you keep my client’s information secure?

We will share all financial statements with you via Quickbooks Accountant. Also, our team will never have more than just view-only access to bank accounts and no payroll access through your client’s QBO.

Aaron Hart

Chief Executive Officer

Aaron Hart is a seasoned business owner & consultant in a number of industries across the nation. Aaron has a passion for fostering meaningful relationships and implementing efficient systems for businesses, with experience in the fields of real estate, insurance, accounting, and startups. A 16-year veteran as a real estate broker & investor, he opened his own brokerage in 2014, started an insurance company in 2020, and has served as COO of a national title insurance company across 10 states. Aaron also founded & fronts the original glam rock Love Stallion, and has played the stages of Colorado's renowned Red Rocks Amphitheater and the iconic Whisky A Go Go on the Hollywood strip in Los Angeles.

Sabrina Beaudoin

Chief Financial Officer

Sabrina Beaudoin has over six years experience & expertise in financial management, including tax planning, payroll and business strategy. At the young age of 22, she launched her first accounting firm, and has since become a trusted advisor to small and medium-sized businesses across the country, specializing in industries including insurance, legal, real estate, fitness centers, merchant account services, entertainment, and many more, helping them thrive and succeed in diverse market landscapes. Her adept financial insights have guided both start-ups and scaleups helping best to optimize businesses with up to $10M in revenue. She is currently in the process of obtaining the CPA license, expected by the end of 2025. Outside of the accounting world, Sabrina has toured as a bass player & singer, even playing large stages across the country, like the prestigious Red Rocks Amphitheater in Morrison, Colorado.

Chuck Gruber

Director of Sales Operations

Chuck Gruber is an experienced sales director, and has run campaigns for national & international companies in the fields of consumer direct products, startups, accounting, title & insurance. Chuck has a proven track record of business development & strategic leadership that has generated over a million dollars in revenue. He is a Penn State University alumnus with a B.S. in Resort Management, and also has over a decade of experience in the luxury resort sector, with roles at Keystone Ski Resort and The Ritz Carlton in St. Thomas. He also serves as Director of Development at Mendocino Magic, a 600-acre event space in California, managing 20+ annual events, attended by over 7,000 guests. His initiative led to the successful launch of a paintball venture and pivotal infrastructure improvements. Chuck's multifaceted background and track record of growth make him an exceptional sales and operational leader. He is also a former EMT, with a passion for diving and snowboarding, and most importantly, helping those around him be better versions of themselves.

Matt Libby

Business Consultant & Private Equity AdvisoR

Matt Libby is an established investor, business consultant, and private equity advisor. After serving in the Navy as a nuclear engineer aboard submarines, Matt went on to manage multi-million dollar projects for GE Energy, and following, served as Vice President of a Mortgage Company in Denver. He raised a fund for private placements in the real estate industry that is still active. After a few large successful business exits & real estate ventures, he left the mortgage industry to pursue private equity full-time and invest in various real estate projects. Matt continues to consult for various businesses in the real estate and CPG industries, and brings his expertise and knowledge of financial analysis, fundraising, strategy and positioning companies for private equity.
